Build an Antora documentation system for CHLA network/infrastructure team from scratch. Hub + spoke architecture with multiple component repositories for runbooks, ISE/NAC procedures, network automation, and architecture documentation.

Based on the proven domus-digitalis pattern: 15 spoke repos, custom UI bundle, attribute-driven content, Cloudflare Pages deployment. Adapted for enterprise use — no personal infrastructure references, generalized templates.

Architecture:

Hub repo — team-docs (playbook, landing pages, build/deploy)
Spoke repos — one per domain (infra-ops, nac-ops, automation, etc.)
UI bundle — Antora default or custom theme
Build — npx antora or make
Deploy — Cloudflare Pages, GitHub Pages, or self-hosted nginx
