2. Purpose
Architectus is a separate Antora-based documentation ecosystem that complements the domus-* site. While the domus ecosystem focuses on operational infrastructure and personal chronicles, Architectus is structured as a lifelong learning library organized by discipline — technology, humanities, and exploration.
The site aggregates 14 spoke repositories covering technology domains (Linux, Windows, networking, security, automation, cloud), humanities (literature, languages, mathematics, music, philosophy), and exploration topics (amateur radio, navigation).
Architectus uses its own custom UI bundle (architectus-antora-ui) and Lunr search with multilingual support (English, Spanish, Portuguese).

3.2. Architecture
-
Hub-spoke pattern identical to domus ecosystem
-
Antora aggregation via HTTPS at build time
-
Lunr search with multilingual indexing (en, es, pt)
-
Kroki diagrams via public API for CI builds
-
Antora extensions:

4.1. Relationship to Domus
Architectus and domus serve different purposes:
| Dimension | Domus | Architectus |
|---|---|---|
Focus |
Operations, infrastructure, work chronicles |
Lifelong learning, discipline mastery |
Content type |
Runbooks, worklogs, case studies, project docs |
Study notes, reference material, exercises |
Audience |
Self-as-engineer |
Self-as-scholar |
Site URL |
docs.domusdigitalis.dev |
docs.architectus.dev |
There is intentional overlap in some areas (mathematics, security, networking) where the domus version is operationally focused and the architectus version is conceptually focused.
