Appendix: Evolution
Evolution Timeline
From Principia vault to 15-spoke Antora ecosystem.
2024: Principia Era
Obsidian vault with 1,361+ commits.
Structure: 02_Assets/PRJ-* for projects, 03_Captures for chronological notes.
Universal capture — everything went into one repository. The single-repo model worked until the documentation needed to serve multiple audiences across multiple domains.
2025-01: Antora Migration
domus-captures created as the first spoke repository.
Principia content migrated:
-
03_Captures→ domus-captures (~15,000 lines) -
PRJ-ISE-HOME-LINUX→ domus-ise-linux (~22,000 lines) -
PRJ-NETAPI-ANTORA→ domus-netapi-docs (~24,000 lines)
Total: ~116,000+ lines migrated across all spokes.
2025: Spoke Expansion
15 spoke repositories created, each owning a single documentation domain. Cloudflare Pages deployment established — push any spoke, the full site rebuilds. Catppuccin UI bundle (domus-antora-ui) provided consistent theming across all components.
2026-01 to 2026-03: Content Growth
-
Daily worklogs: 105 in 2026
-
Case studies: 76 pages
-
Pattern journal: 95 pages
-
Codex: 110 pages
Principia remained active for content not yet migrated.
2026-03: Structural Revolution
The partial+page pattern was established via the ThinkPad P16g restructure (27 files, 13 phases, 7 appendices). This proved that content and presentation could be fully separated at scale.
The project modularizer agent was created to apply this pattern across all projects. STD-001 (Project Structure Standard) was written, codifying the rules.
2026-04-06: Standards Framework
20 standards created in a single session. RFC 2119 keywords adopted for prescriptive language. Registry with lifecycle management and machine-parseable attributes.
Quality audit reached 100% on the 5 reference projects. Full Claude Code / OpenCode parity achieved.
domus-captures documented itself — proving the system is self-consistent from taxonomy to deployment.
