Lingua Ponte — Communication Barrier Resolution Platform
Project Summary
Lingua Ponte is a platform for diagnosing, analyzing, and resolving communication barriers in multilingual organizations. The core model decomposes the language barrier into five operational layers — léxica, pragmática, cultural, registro, emocional — and provides a structured pipeline from escucha (conversation capture and analysis) through diagnóstico (barrier classification), patrones (recurring friction patterns), intervención (targeted strategies), and medición (impact KPIs). Born from the intersection of network infrastructure engineering (where protocol mismatches cause real failures) and deep literary-linguistic analysis (Cervantes, classical rhetoric, RAE-level Spanish), the project applies systems thinking to human communication. The target: any organization where linguistic diversity creates invisible friction — and where that friction has measurable cost.
